The ZSD/ZST/ZSDT series slurry pumps are mainly used for conveying neutral or alkaline slurry containing particles in industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, and building materials. As slurry pumps for desulfurization in power plants, the weight concentration of solid-liquid mixtures: about 20% for ash slurry; about 30% for ore slurry. This pump is only considered for single-stage use.

Structural Form: The ZSD and ZSDT series slurry pumps are single-stage, cantilevered, wear-resistant centrifugal pumps.

Structural Features: The pump head has a single pump casing structure with rear opening. Different sealing forms can be selected according to different requirements. The pump body is connected with inlet and outlet short pipes for easy disassembly. The pump outlet is generally vertically upward; other common orientations include downward horizontal and upward horizontal. If users have special requirements, it can also be inclined upward at 45 degrees.

Bracket Structure: The bracket is horizontal, split-type, with thin oil lubrication. The bracket part consists of the bracket, bracket cover, cooler (standby), bearing box, front bearing gland, rear bearing gland, bearings, round nut, lock washer, water shield, and disassembly ring. The bracket is equipped with an oil gauge hole and an oil drain hole to determine oil level and change lubricating oil. The bracket cover has a vent hole and an oil filler hole. The front bearing uses an inner ring loose elliptical cylindrical roller bearing, tightened with the water shield, disassembly ring, shaft sleeve, and impeller. The rear bearing consists of two sets of angular contact ball bearings installed back-to-back, locked with a round nut and lock washer. The rear bearing is installed in the bearing box, which has bolts and set screws to adjust the bearing position forward and backward, driving the shaft and impeller to change the front and rear position of the impeller and control the front and rear clearance of the impeller in the pump body.

Shaft Seal Forms: There are three types of shaft seals: auxiliary impeller + packing seal, packing seal, and mechanical seal.
